Lovely jeans, bad shipping experience

The jeans are lovely, they fit well (on me) and their retro look is exactly what I was looking for. But I think Levi's should take a better care of their shipping processes. My purchase arrived (after a long-ish delay) in a torn-up and extremely dirty package. There were black and red and yellow (which I'd like to think of as fruit juice!!!) stains on the package. And the item inside was dirty as a result. I had to wash (by hand to reduce further damage) my brand new jeans and it was not fun!
