Additional return policy details:
- You can, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store (www.levi.com.my), submit product(s) for return, subject to the terms of our Returns Policy set out below.
- Any product(s) for which the return application is not submitted within the above timeline is not eligible for return.
- Product(s) excluded from returns are: underwear, socks, marked as final clearance and non-returnable, altered/customized products, and limited edition collection(s). If we receive a return of product(s) that are not eligible for returns, the product(s) will be sent back to the original shipping address without any refund.
- Product(s) submitted for return must be in new and original condition, unwashed and unused, in original product packaging and with original price tags and labels attached.
- Return applications for the product(s) purchased at the Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store must be addressed to us online in the prescribed format. To do so, please login to Levi’s® Malaysia Official Online Store to submit a return application. For Guest users, kindly contact our Customer Care Center if you wish to submit product(s) for return.
- If the product(s) has been discounted either by promotion or coupon codes, the amount refunded will be based on the net amount that you have paid.
- If a Gift with Purchase (GWP) is included in your order and the returned product(s) contribute to your eligibility for the GWP, the GWP must be returned together for us to process the return.
- Levi’s® Malaysia reserves the right to reject a return if the product(s) submitted for return does not meet the requirements above.
- Levi’s® Malaysia reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.
