Where can I get rivets for shopping?
You can get points (or what we called “Levi’s® VIP rivets”) by shopping in Levi.com.my (rivets will be awarded 14 days upon successful delivery & after the return policy period) or any of the Levi’s® stores (excluding Counters in Department Stores and Factory Outlets) in Malaysia.
Is this membership free?
Yes. It is created for people like you who love & wear our denim.
How do I track my rivets?
Login to your member portal to receive monthly balance statement and transactions history. Rivets have a validity of 12 months from date of collection. Our team will notify you via SMS or email when your rivets are close to expiry.
How do I redeem my rivets?
Login to your member portal to view the list of rewards that you can redeem with your rivets.
I am an existing Levi's VIP member, do I need to register again?
Yes, you would need to re-register on levi.com.my with the same email and phone number you used to register as a VIP club member. You will then be able to accumulate Rivet points from both your online and retail store purchases.
